Handling of customer data
We always try to be as careful as possible with your personal data.
For this reason we work without a server side customer database. This means your personal data will not be stored online but exclusively on our encrypted computers as long as the order is active. Shortly after the order completion we will delete your personal data from our encrypted computers. We only have to store an encrypted invoice.
Order cancellation
After you placed an order you will receive an automated email notification. We reserve the right to refuse an order without reason. We will confirm the order in a seperate email.
Warranty
Please check your goods for completeness and shipping damages. If anything is missing or damaged you can report that within 14 days by email.
If you notice damages on the packaging you will have to claim a damage confirmation from the shipping company and inform us about that.
Payment & Shipping
The shipping costs depends on the order and the shipping address. You will see the shipping costs while the checkout process. For small orders you can choose between mail delivery or parcel delivery. We use Deutsche Post or DHL for our shipments.
You can pay in advance by bank transfer, PayPal or credit card. You can see the production times in the article description.
